The NLRB BALLOT

The parties involved have agreed to hold two (2) separate unit elections. Unit 1 (Production, Quality Lab Technicians, and Colorists), and Unit 2 (Maintenance Personnel). The NLRB will manage separate voter lists for the separate units. Ballots for each of the two units will be a different color. Although voters for Production and Maintenance will vote simultaneously, and the ballots will be tallied separately.
