A secret-ballot election(s) under the NLRB's Rules and Regulations shall be held under the supervision of the Regional Director. The following units are appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act:
 

Unit 1 (Production Unit): Involving TEAMSTERS

All full-time and part-time Operators, Quality Assurance Lab Technicians, and Colorists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1111 O'Neill Drive SE, Hebron, Ohio, 43025, but excluding all office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit 2 (Maintenance Unit): Involving TEAMSTERS or OPERATING ENGINEERS

All full-time and part-time Maintenance Technicians employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1111 O'Neill Drive SE, Hebron, Ohio, 43025, but excluding all office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
 

Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above units who were employed during the payroll period ending March 29, 2026, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off.
